Clicking sounds and unable to access drive. Our computer guy put hard drive into other systems to if it could be accessed but was unsuccessful. He referred your services to us.

Thanks for all your support in recovering data. Everything seems in order, just as it was before. The next day delivery was much unexpected, we were all thrilled by that. Data is all intact. Thank you again for being the right company in our problem.

The drive was working fine until the machine was carted over to my office, then the drive refused to be recognized.

Your professional work is very impressive... We'd like to use your company for our future-drive-failure... Thanks again

Was working in email when laptop locked up and blue screened. Tried hooking up drive to external USB device and using Winternals bootable CD (from Windows Sysinternals - a part of the Microsoft TechNet). Both instances the drive was not detected. Drive DOESN'T SPIN; NOT visible in BIOS

I am so grateful that you were able to recover the data from the drive. Brian F.

There is no access to data after drive failure. Recover and deliver the most important data only: all user-created files especially Excel, Word, photos, and Quicken.

Thanks a lot, it feels so good to have all of my files back and intact. Good job!

Unable to access the drive; laptop would not boot - drive is intermittant.

Hard Drive would reboot during normal data entry operations without warning.
Best Buy Geek Squad attempted to get drive to boot so that I could recover data, but could not get it to reboot.

Dear Recovery Team:
Thank you so much for recovering my drive. Many thanks again.

Hard drive functioned fine - shut down - NO work. Bios sees drive, device manager sees drive, disk manager no drive. WD diagnostics says cable not connected.

Thank you for recovering the data. Your service was much more than promised. We could not possible for more of it. Our gratitude and complements to all recovery team. Thanks again, Dan

I had been getting PC overheat warnings. When I tried to start up Sunday night I got a 'non-system disk or bad disk' error. Two people here at work tried to recover data, but were unsuccessful.

Thank you for doing this. I DO appreciate it!

Drive is NOT visible in BIOS. Nothing out of the ordinary leading up to the drive failure. Tech dept used local utilities to bring up the drive and also tried in another computer, nothing worked.

Thank you all for recovering our data! Great job!
