Once you placed the Service Order for Data Recovery with Us, you will have an online access on this website to check its status at any time, by logging in at Job Tracker.
We do not ask to make any payments before the data recovery process is completed and finalized. Once it's done – we’ll email you Data Recovery Report. Make sure that that report contains sufficient information of expected data, such as quantity, quality and integrity. Should you be satisfied with the recovery outcome – to make a payment – log into your Service Order at Job Tracker and complete it online right from there.
When the payment is received and cleared, the data will be securely shipped out by a trackable mailing service. The shipping tracking number will be emailed you, as well as added to the updated recovery status (viewable online).
