The disk was accidentally dropped on the floor, actually it was a carpet, should it make a difference, but now it's not coming up, I absolutely cannot get to the data, and it's clicking when powered on. The major folders to recover are called 'Documents', 'Scans' and 'Pictures', the rest is of the less value, but would be nice to have. No recovery attempts were made, other than trying to run the utility disc (didn't work at all). The disk never been opened and is in the manufacturer enclosure. There is no rush on this work, but I expect to see the results no later than in a week, as your website states.

I use my Seagate Free Agent Go every single day for work and it never let me down, until the day of couple of weeks ago it started failing, I was working in MS Access, when it froze. I unplugged it (without saving any work) and plugged it back on. As first it was ok and running and I decided to copy files to my 'C' drive on PC, in 5-7 minutes Agent Go disappeared from the screen and started some sort of 'click-clank' sound. Our IT guy made a conclusion of head failure and recommended your data recovery company as reliable and affordable. I really need this to be recovered, as much as possible. It was hooked with Windows XP (professional edition), formatted in FAT32, never been partitioned, let me know if you require some additional info.
