The hard drive has failed out of blue, it worked just fine the day before crash. In the morning I turned my Dell on and nothing came up, the screen was black, tried to turn on and off a few times, then our tech removed the drive and hook it to the different machine as slave, same - nothing. He concluded the hard disk is broken and gave me your business card. I hope you'll help to extract the data from the broken piece. I also ship the destination drive to put data on, or if that could be possible to make a clone.

The actual drive has been removed from the external shell, to run some tests, before taking to recovery service. It's clicking hard drive and local recovery company asks the way too much for 'extensive level'. You seem to offer affordable recovery price and your reputation speaks very reliable. I have a few profiles on this drive where I stored emails, documents. The disk was half full, but I'd like to recover all of it, if it's not possible, emails .pst is priority.

It's clicking hard drive Maxtor 160gb. The clicks have started in the middle of downloading, everything hung on and there was no access to data since then. Took the disk to Staples and the recommended Seagate, except did not mention about their rip off price policy, then a colleague of mine gave me your coordinates...

The hard drive is old and has a very important software program on it. It makes a constant clicking noise, when it's on, and spins ok. We have not tried anything to extract the data, because of the fear to lose the soft. Our subcontract firm used your service in the past and has told us about you. The spare hard drive of identical model is included in the package. You may use it for parts or if not needed, please copy the recovered data on it.
