Fujitsu MPG3204AH From Customer's order Drive is failed in OS. The drive stopped responding in windows and would not boot. I have attempted to read drive as a slave in another computer and was able to recover some data off of the second partition. Bios will recognize the drive in all computers but no programs can read information on it. Have tried to load knoppix in computer memory, was not able to see the drive partitions. The most important data is all of my outlook information located on the first partition.
After recovery: I must say it's a really amazing what you do, I cannot thank you enough for what you did by recovering my data!

Western Digital WD2000JS-19MHB0 SATA From Customer's order There was no warning of failure that is the PC did not crash, nor did I detect any clicking noises. Just found one day that the PC would not boot up. Under closer inspection I found the Drive to be completely dead - the HDD motor does not rotate.
After recovery: I thought I should let you know of what an amazing job your data recovery team did by working on my hard drive. I got the so-called the clone drive on the new hard drive and it works so good, seems like the failure never occurred. Frankly, I could not expect more, all my thanks to you guys. Kudos!!!

Maxtor 5T040H4 From Customer's order Started acting weird, freezing in docs every time moving the mouse. Reinstalled Logitech mouse drivers. Then somebody turned it off one day and it never turned back on again. Not making weird noises. When it's plugged in as a slave, it recognizes it in the BIOS. But in Windows XP there is nothing.

Western Digital WD1600SB From Customer's order I used Acronis to make a clone of my hard drive. Acronis uses bit copy so the copy is an exact bootable match to the HD I copied. I tried the HD on other machines and Bios will recognize it but Windows disk utilities show a volume of zero size. I restored the information from the HD to my laptop to verify readability prior to formatting my computer. When I tried to restore from the backup HD after reformatting my laptop the drive was unreadable. I used an IDE to USB adapter to create the backup and attempt the restore. Nothing just clicking sound!
