TILTED LAPTOP WHILE RUNNING AND GOT BLUE SCREEN. RESTARTED AND GOT "NO BOOTABLE DEVICES ERROR. SUSPECTED BAD MBR AND TRIED TO ACCESS DATA ONLY BY HOOKING THIS DRIVE UP AS A SECONDARY EXTERNAL DRIVE. Drive has FEW partitions
C:, E:, F:, G:, H:, I:
Was defragging one of the partitions when it seemed to hang. After reboot, it didn't work. Drive spins and is recognized by BIOS, but I get an "unrecognized" error. There is a clicking sound as if the heads are stuck.

After recovery:

Received my recovered data today, as promised. Everything was there, thank you.

Acer Desktop Computer Hard Drive Remove Instructions

If your faulty hard drive contains a data of a great value to you, first off, you have to do is removing a hard drive from the computer case. Typically, inside of all Acer computers installed one of the hard drive models by Seagate.

The removal procedure of a failed hard drive from Acer desktop computer is a quiet unproblematic.

To open the case you need remove couple of screws located on the front side of case. The modern Acer cases have the larger screws with the plastic caps for better grip.

Acer Veriton models have a case lock. To remove a side panel you'll need to open the case lock by pushing it to the right and pulling the side panel toward yourself.

To Open the case remove a side cover

Once you opened the computer case, inside of it locate the hard drive and unplug all power and data cables.

Slide the drive out of the bay. If the hard drive has a brackets - remove them for its future usage with a new hard drive.

When you are finished with the hard drive removal from the machine you may go on and place the data recovery order.
