Unable to boot computer. The crash happened when I was in France. So I contacted Ontrack in France. They diagnosed and told me that entire data was recoverable. However, I couldn't stay there long enough for them to recover the data and I was not willing to pay the outrageous 'urgent' charges.

The drive will not mount. There are so much data located in 'My Documents' folder, especially family photos - archives of many many years - something that cannot be recreated by all means. I really hope that you can help.
