HD was working in old computer. Removed HD and installed in a new computer as a second drive. Moved the jumpers from Master to 'cable select'. Windows XP did not detect the HD. Powered down the PC and disconnected power cord. Moved the jumper setting to 'slave'. Again XP did not detect the HD. Opened BIOS and noted that BIOS did not recognize the HD. Exited out of BIOS and started computer. Noticed that the HD is not spinning or clicking. I don't believe that it was spinning or clicking the first time I installed in the new computer. I opened the cover, did not touch anything and placed cover back on.

• I've had my share of really tough time, when I'd though the data was gone. But thanks to your awesome team effort my deadline wasn't missed and I can go on with my project in a manner, like all this data loss nightmare never happened.
