Drive DOESN'T SPIN; failed in OS. I've only tried to hook it up to another PC as a slave drive to retrieve. The drive is recognized in the BIOS, but does not show up in Windows.

Unable to access the drive
Drive is part of RAID array. Customer will not allow remaining drives out of company for security reasons. Please Image the drive. Need an image to put back into RAID array/server.
