The computer would start windows and get to the black screen just beyond the windows logo screen. The cursor would work but the computer would not continue to load. Geek Squad ran their 65$ dynastic and said they could not pull the data. Saying it was bad boot sectors.

Seagate ST94019A laptop

Drive is NOT visible in BIOS; failed in OS. There was an attempt to recover data, using the software program, but the resluts were pretty sad - couple of system files! You are our hope in this.
