The drive is recognized by the BIOS, some folders can not be accessed. We get an I/O error or eplorer.exe error when we try to access particular folders. Recovery attempts were to hang the drive as a slave off of others computers and to try an external USB connection.

We got the drive with all the data on it, so far it looks great, nothing is missing or corrupted. Once again your help is much appreciated. We certainly will keep using your company for our recovery needs...

What failure occurred : Appears to be N40P error (NAR61592), FirmWare Blown on Ardent Chipset Board. Spins up, no clicks. Albany based Repair shop tried PCB replacement... no success.
