The hard drive DOESN'T SPIN
Computer was extremely sluggish. Decided to remove some programs. Removed a couple via Add/Remove Programs. Then, accidentally, I removed a windows component. Screen went blank. I tried reloading Windows 2000 to repair the drive, but Windows 2000 kept saying it was missing a file. I rebooted again. Still didn't work. Finally, the drive wasn't recognized by bios. Opened PC and drive doesn't appear to spin. Attempted to install drive in my other PC. Still doesn't spin and isn't recognized by bios.
