• attach the copy of the Service Order to the failed device
• mail your failed device, or bring it in person.

If you got the problem outside of those hours – email us – our technical support replies to emails 365-24-7. We never close! It could significantly help for our technical support to answer your questions, concerning the recovery process if you already placed Service Order beforehand.

Just so you know by placing the Service Order you are not obliged to anything and free to cancel it at any time. The Service Order expires automatically in 30 days, if the failed device not received in work.

Once you placed the Service Order for Data Recovery with Us, you will have an online access on this website to check its status at any time, by logging in at Job Tracker.

We do not ask to make any payments before the data recovery process is completed and finalized. Once its done – you’ll be emailed Data Recovery Report. Make sure that that report contains sufficient information of expected data, such as quantity, quality and integrity. Should you be satisfied with the recovery outcome – to make a payment – log into your Service Order at Job Tracker and complete it online right from there.

Once the payment is received and cleared. The data will be securely shipped within 24 business hours by UPS carrier. The shipment tracking number will be emailed and posted in the recovery case profile.
